“We aren’t training our externs to pass an exam or run an instrument. We are a team helping develop the highest caliber lab professionals that we want as colleagues, by our side taking care of patients. The fact that we have a 100% retention rate at our Sacramento campus, and one third of the lab management team are former students, demonstrate that commitment to long term professional development.”
