Associate, Physician Contracts & Affiliation Agreements - Academic Affairs

Position Overview:

Hybrid role, on-site required with primary location in the Bay Area.

Responsible for the operational procedures associated with all legal arrangements with vendor contracts and physicians. Serves as key lead for all faculty contracts, master affiliation agreements and program letters of agreements within the department of Academic Affairs. May at times serve as a consultant to assist physicians and the management team in addressing physician contract issues and ensuring that contract requirements are met. Facilitates internal and external physician and non-physician contract/agreement audits as required/requested.

EDUCATION:
Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma.

Associate's: Business Administration, Health Administration or related field


TYPICAL EXPERIENCE:
1yr of recent relevant experience.

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
Must be able to reason logically, analyze situations accurately and recommend courses of action.

Demonstrated ability to take diverse data and combine into a unified data model.

Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to balance numerous priorities at a given time with minimal supervision.

Written and verbal communication skills are required, including the ability to diplomatically investigate sensitive facts and detailed procedures and communicate clearly and professionally to all levels of employees and corporate executives.

Working knowledge of MS office suite of products including Word, Powerpoint, excel, outlook and access.

Must be able to reason logically, analyze situations accurately and recommend courses of action.

Pay Range is $35.08 to $50.87 / hour

The salary range for this role may vary above or below the posted range as determined by location. This range has not been adjusted for any specific geographic differential applicable by area where the position may be filled. Compensation takes into account several factors including but not limited to a candidate’s experience, education, skills, licensure and certifications, department equity, training and organizational needs.
